how to reach us
Camp Finder is a free tool run by one person in their spare time — there is no support desk and nobody on call. Two ways to get a message to us:
- support@adventureful.net — write from your own email app. Best when you want to attach a screenshot of whatever went wrong.
- The message form — nothing to open, and it asks up front for the details we'd otherwise have to write back for. Leave your email in it; without one the message is anonymous and there is no way for us to reply.
Either way, expect a reply in a few days — sometimes longer in the busy summer weeks.
The same form sits in the footer of every page, under Send feedback.

Alert and unsubscribe problems you can fix yourself, right now.
- Alerts & account — see every alert running on your email address and stop any of them. Sign in with a one-time link; there's no password.
- Unsubscribe — every alert email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. That link carries a token identifying your alert, so open it from the email itself; the page can't tell who you are without it.
monthly contributions
Contributing monthly? Manage or cancel it in the billing portal — enter the email you contributed with and Stripe emails you a login link. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for.
