Use of the service

Camp Finder provides camp-availability alerts and related conveniences. By using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful, personal purposes. You will not attempt to scrape, overwhelm, or otherwise disrupt the service for other users.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to alerts. The service is not directed at children under 13.

No warranty on availability

Camp availability is sourced from upstream public APIs (recreation.gov, ReserveCalifornia, and similar). We make no guarantee that the listings are complete, accurate, or up to date at any given moment. Confirm availability with the upstream booking site before relying on any alert.

Service may change or stop

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also pause or discontinue the service. We will give reasonable notice to active subscribers if the service is discontinued.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of any data you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited right to use it solely to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camp Finder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
